…and we would add friendly and helpful staff. Hawnby is in the North Yorkshire Moors, between Osmotherley and Helmsley. The pub has rooms, and some accommodation across the way. Either is fine and a great base for a stopover with dinner in the restaurant, or you could stop for lunch in the bar [or garden] as part of one of the stunning walks around Hawnby.
